The company has established the "Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces" and, in accordance with this basic policy, we strive to prevent relationships with anti-social forces, maintain public trust, and conduct our business in an appropriate and sound manner.

Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces

  1. We will take a resolute stance against anti-social forces that threatens the order and safety of civil society, firmly reject unjust and unreasonable demands, strive to cut ties with antisocial forces, maintain public trust, and ensure appropriate and sound execution of business.
  2. We will establish an organizational structure to prepare for unreasonable demands by anti-social forces, and establish close relationships with specialized external organizations such as the police, the National Center for Elimination of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers.
  3. In the event of unreasonable demands by anti-social forces, the Company will give top priority to the safety of its officers and employees, and will take systematic measures without leaving them to the person in charge or department in charge.
    We will also not provide funds to anti-social forces in any form or deal to conceal the facts, and will take legal action from both the civil and criminal perspectives.
